Frame houses

Ever since our inception, we construct wooden frame houses. We own a factory where pre-made house elements are manufactured, these elements are assembled on a foundation plate using a crane, the entire assembly taking just one day. Only materials of the highest quality are used to manufacture these elements: the assembly is made of Scandinavian spruce, cut on all four sides and dried down to 18% moisture content. The houses we construct are given a 30-years warranty.

Frame constructions are known and common throughout the world: overseas, in the United States and in Canada (80%), in Europe – in Scandinavia, Scotland, Germany, Austria (30%). Also in our country many houses using this technology are built. This technology offers many advantages:

Advantages of wooden frame houses:

  • nergy-saving:Low cost of heating. Walls and roofs of the frame houses provide an excellent thermal isolation. Heat transition coefficient for the standard outer spacing is U<0,2W/m2K. The wall is „fully” filled with an insulation material, which enables it to be thinner (The wall thickness is ca. 30cm), meaning that within the same building outline there is more space available.
  • Short construction time: the entire time, from the moment the building team enters the prepared foundation, is 10-16 weeks. Thanks to the short construction time, it is possible to move quickly from a sold apartment to a new house with a garden and it is possible to start paying the mortgage back more quickly.
  • It is possible to do the works regardless of the season.Lack of wet works makes it possible to perform the assembly in the winter as well.
  • Ecology:This subject is more and more often taken into account by the people who are fed up with the pollution of our planet. The material used in the construction of our houses is wood – a healthy material used for ages by people to build a place to live.
  • Easy expansion: The walls can be displaced and removed. The building can be easily expanded without a troublesome wall deconstructions and clouds of evolving dust.
  • Durability:The houses are estimated to endure 100 years. This is confirmed by existing houses dating back to the end of the 19th century.
