• Outer walls are usually made of porotherm, 24 cm hollow bricks warmed on the outside with 12 cm thick styrofoam layer
• The inner walls are made of 12 cm thick hollow bricks
• Mechanically applied gypsum or lime-cementitious plaster
• Terriva-type, thickly ribbed ceiling
• Roof assembly – traditional wooden or a pre-made, crane-assembled one
• Roof covering: cementitious/ceramic tile or metal tile

The construction stage of a brick, medium size house lasts 4-12 months and the actual time depends on the atmospheric conditions
